A CAREER OPPORTUNITY IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
ARABELLA Co.Ltd, a newly established local firm of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors in the Building and Civil Engineering industry is seeking to recruit a qualified and highly motivated Rwandan National(male or female Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager or Engineer who is ready to take up new challenges in a promising business environment.
Your profile:
•Diploma or Degree in either one or more of the following:
Project Management
Building Construction Management
Civil/Structural Engineering
Construction Economics and Management (Quantity Surveying)
• A minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in the Building & Civil Engineering field working as part of a team of consultants or with Building and/or Civil Engineering contractors
• Demonstrate interpersonal, management and good communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as being team oriented
• Deliver a professional and high standard of service
• Excellent computer skills
• Organised, methodical and detail conscious
• Ability to communicate in both Kinywarwanda and English (conversantion French is a plus)
