Senior Human Resource Specialist

Job Purpose:

Undertake a broad range of human resources functions to provide support for the development, implementation, and improvement of personnel policies and programs to support the goals of the HR Strategy, including career management, recruitment at international level, performance evaluation, review and development of human resources policies and procedures, staff services and non-staff programs, and other human resource-related projects. Work within general policies, principles and goals, working directly with clients.
