You are a research leader and you are systematic. You have what it takes to strengthen the research capacity of others. You want to build capacity for research, education and practice as a means to accelerate the adoption and use of agroforestry. You have tools to assess partner capacity needs, develop strategies for interventions and evaluate impact.

Natural resources or agriculture qualifications. Ten years post-graduation experience in capacity development in a tropical developing country with proven ability in research, publishing and evaluation in the capacity development field, with excellent facilitation skills. Qualifications and/or experience in education and educational technology would be an added advantage.
