Capacity Development Coordinator

The role is focused on bringing additional capacity to the agency and to wider youth-led development organisations, from the private sector and other institutions.

Your remit will be broad – whether that be coordinating our annual placements programme with KPMG, building partnerships with UK universities or bringing additional capacity to support internal staff development. You will get on-the-job support and development and will be part of a vibrant and values-led team, committed to youth-led development.
