Supporter Services Outsource Manager


Location: Vauxhall, London
Salary: starting from £30,700 pa

As part of the Supporter Services team at WaterAid, the Outsource Manager plays an important role in supporting our Fundraising and Campaign teams to maximize supporter engagement and fundraising, in order to meet our ambitious targets.
As the Outsource Manager you will be responsible for managing our Outsource partners ensuring we have strong working relationships delivering excellent results. In addition, you will be managing an Outsource Officer ensuring that development opportunities are identified to continue to deliver strong operating procedures and processes; in line with WaterAid’s staff management policies and procedures, ensuring achievement of their individual objectives.
You will ensure that our Outsource Partners offer sector beating supporter care through your ability to build excellent relationships, motivating our partners to deliver on our behalf and managing key performance measures to exceed the Service Level Agreements.
Candidates will be expected to have excellent communication & numeracy skills, deliver consistent high standards of efficiency and accuracy. You will need to be a team player, who shows initiative and has the ability to administer & reconcile complex financial information; which requires excellent attention to detail.
