Legacy marketing assistant

Last year, legacies and in memory gifts contributed over £10m to Christian Aid’s life changing work with poor communities around the world. Do you have the administration skills to help the legacy team run efficiently? And the supporter care talent to deal with enquiries from bereaved families and thank them for the gifts they have given in memory? If so, you can make a real difference to the work of this team – and to our work to eradicate poverty.
Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, extremely competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, including spread sheet manipulation and mail merges, you will be an organised, experienced administrator and have excellent written English. You will be a clear and articulate communicator, comfortable dealing with sensitive issues on the phone.
Please show your suitability for this post by giving answers to the following questions: Using the guidance notes may help you formulate your answers.
