Job Summary
Cardno TBE is seeking a Project Surveyor for the Baton Rouge, LA office. The Project Surveyor will be responsible for the management of assigned projects and managing survey data and the daily operations of the crews.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage survey projects and ensures client requirements are met.
- Manage survey crews, ensuring that correct procedures and policies are followed.
- Responsible for boundary survey calculations, analysis and final map checking, abstracting title data.
- Process survey data.
- Prepare deliverable drawings using AutoCAD and/or Microstation.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Other Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor/Registered Land Survey Intern or capability of obtaining the Intern classification within 1 years.
- Proficient in CAD.
- Normal office environment with occasional field site visits for progress review and quality control or estimating new work.
- Two years field survey experience required.
- Willingness to learn and specialize in Subsurface Utility Engineering.
