Operations Manager
A Rocha International (ARI), a Christian conservation and environmental NGO, is looking to recruit anexperienced Operations Manager to support strategic planning,stakeholder engagement, fund-raising, monitoring, evaluation and learning within our national organisations and at the international level.
You will provide specialist support and guidance to strengthen existing skills within our dedicated team both in ARI and in the 19 countries where we work around the world. You will support the strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation framework on an organisational level, liaising and communicating between Directorates, National Organisations and programmes to ensure a good flow of accurate and timely information to enhance the quality and relevance of ARI operations. Fundraising for ARI and A Rocha National Organisations projects and core costs is a key focus of this position.
This role is within the Operations Directorate, under the direct guidance and supervision of the Director of Operations.
Ideally the post will be based in Oxford, England, although other locations may be considered. Some overseas travel will be required.
 
The salary range for the post is £32,630 to £43,580, depending upon qualifications and experience.
 
The post is for a fixed two year period but will be renewed subject to funding.
