Account Managers are supported by:


·         Experienced team of Inside Sales Reps and dedicated Customer Support team

·         Highly certified Professional Services team providing technical expertise and consulting through the Assessment, Design, Implementation and Management phases of all technology projects and across the   major OEM platforms (including HP, IBM, Lenovo, Dell and Cisco).

·         Team of software experts providing a broad range of consulting services around all of the top publishers (including Microsoft- LAR, Adobe, VMWare, Symantec). Provides client and prospect consulting on all licensing issues, deployment, and ROI.

The ideal candidate will be:
 

·         An experienced, mature and seasoned sales professional with at least 4 years of experience successfully selling IT hardware, software and professional services directly to commercial or  large enterprise accounts.

·         IT channel/reseller sales experience preferred

·         Able to demonstrate a track record of consistently achieving assigned quota and growth targets within assigned territory/accounts.

·         Extremely self-motivated, effective time management skills, experience using CRM and driven by rich, highly leveraged compensation plans. 

·         Able to leverage current and past relationships with one or more existing, active buying accounts in our commercial segment of the market.

·         Knowledgeable on major strategic OEM product lines with understanding of current technologies.

·         Experience with value solutions is a plus (data center, storage, servers, networking, security, virtualization, etc.) 

·         Able to leverage strong existing relationships with local OEM field sales teams of strategic suppliers such as HP, Lenovo, Dell, IBM, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware and Microsoft. Ideally has an understanding of their market strategy, mapping and territories and incentive and marketing programs.

·         Able to think strategically and leverage resources. 

·         Able to present, communicate and sell effectively to senior level executives.

Very lucrative and rewarding compensation plan. After one full month of employment (on the 1st day of the following month) employees are eligible for the following plans: health, dental, life & disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) & more.
