The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania (Client) has been allocated grant funds (the “Grant”) from TradeMark East Africa which are administered by TradeMark East Africa (the “Financier”) and executed by the Tanzania Revenue Authoriy (“the Implementing Agency”). The Financier intends to apply the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.
