Description:
The Customer Order Management Associate is part of the Customer Order Management team of the USAID | DELIVER PROJECT. The principal responsibility of this position is order management and related tasks, with the ability to focus on delivering high-quality client services. The Customer Order Management Associate works under the direction of the Customer Order Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Management
Maintain files and log order requests
Create and update customer and recipient profiles and shipping information
Review and enter customer and recipient orders
Calculate freight estimates and verify desired receipt dates
Process customer and recipient orders for shipment
Interface with field advisors and task order coordinators on shipment related matters
Manage the Receiving Reports email account
Process, track and file receiving reports for delivered shipments
Close orders to complete and close the loop on the order process

Additional Responsibilities
Manage the semi-automated upload of lot information and manufacturing/expiration dates for direct-drop orders
Perform an audit review of procurement and shipping documents at the time of delivery confirmation
Generate and distribute reports and other communication as requested
Participate in regular team meetings

Administrative Support Duties
Provide project-specific support as requested
Other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

College degree
Proficient in using database applications
Administrative proficiency and attention to detail
Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong interpersonal skills.

Salary commensurate with experience.
