Expert for policy research on “Criminalising Corruption: A study of international practices and application for Viet Nam”

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified Senior International Expert for policy research on “Criminalising Corruption: A study of international practices and application for Viet Nam”.

The research will adopt a comparative legal/institutional analysis approach to examine what works, what does not and why for a selected number of Penal Codes (including Viet Nam’s) regarding criminalisation of corruption. The policy research will present a set of good institutional practices and lessons for Viet Nam to consider in amending its Penal Code.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
