Export Coordinator PCP

Job Responsibilities
   
 • Assisting clients in their application for certification
• Receive and upload all required documentation on system for processing
• On receipt of requests for inspection ensure that documentation provided can be utilised
and request translations into English where applicable
• Generate and prepare inspection packages in accordance with procedures and deliver the
packages to the Inspection Co-ordinator(s) for scheduling
• Check description of goods inspected against final documentation and request amendments
or clarifications when necessary
• Ensure that products inspected, conform to the various standards as per Compliance Verification Guidelines
• Market the PCP Programmes actively and play an active role in obtaining new business
for the growth of the department
• Liaise with the Office Manager regarding meetings with existing and potential new clients
to promote PCP Programmes
• Work closely with the Office Manager to keep him/her abreast of any changes to existing
contract specifics or regulations to ensure consistency in the marketing approach to the clients
 
   
Job Qualifications
   
 • Teamwork is essential for the growth and success of the department and in order
to provide the best possible service to the clients
• Completed commercial training
• Relevant experience in a similar range
• Working knowledge of computer systems
• English and German language skills
