We are looking for you to join our HR Operations team.  
Mission:
Administer payroll & benefits programs through a shared service model from the Netherlands for Nike France, both wholesale & retail.
Provide Customer Service support in all areas of Nike Human Resources including policy & process in Payroll, Benefits & Compensation, Data Management & Compliance, and other areas as required for all businesses within France.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to non-routine or escalated questions regarding compensation such as approving an off-cycle salary change
  • Administer local benefits and respond to employee questions
  • Vendor management
  • Respond to non-routine or escalated questions and issues regarding employee relations (e.g. policy exceptions, open discrimination complaints, etc.)
  • Consult to managers and employees on HR policy and employee relations issues and concerns (e.g. discipline, attendance, poor performance, etc.)
  • Ensure admin of regulatory and legal compliance of labor relations programs and practices
  • Admin of employee relations/compliance investigations and documents (letters, forms, filing, etc.)
  • Manage admin of employee sickness cases
  • Respond to non ?routine or escalated questions regarding payroll
  • Administer payroll activities and act as vendor contact point
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience ? preferably in payroll administration
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and problem solving oriented
  • Team Player & strong experience working in a collaborative work environment
  • Irregular hours may be required on occasion to manage transition and project activities
