Humanitarian Resources Group has an immediate opening for a Contract Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned global recruitments from sourcing to hire;
Review resumes and select applicants for prescreening interviews;
Act as point of contact for candidates during the interview process;
Work directly with clients throughout entire recruitment process;
Conduct prescreening phone interviews and compose detailed notes and observations;
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule in person interviews;
Maintain records, reports, and logs pertaining to applicant flow procedures;
Create distribution lists for external job postings;
Conduct reference checks for selected applicants; and
Coordinate with recruitment agencies on candidates ; and
Notify declined candidates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required;
Knowledge of at least 1 UN language in addition to English
Previous Work experience within a UN context
International travel experience and exposure
10-15 years' professional recruiting experience; nonprofit recruiting experience preferred;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Superb interpersonal and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and in a team setting; and
Strong computer skills (MS Office and internet
** knowledge of 360 degree feedback and psychometrics a huge advantage
