Managerial Assistant - Frontex | Poland


Reporting to the Director of the Division, the Managerial Assistant shall be responsible for:
  • assisting the Director in administrative, financial and operational related work issues of the Division;
  •  preparing documents such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings;
  •  co-ordinating the flow of work in liaison with other staff members and Divisions/Units involved as well as with external bodies;
  •  preparing the Division’s contribution to the Multi-Annual Plan, Programme of Work and Budget activities/processes, as well as to the annual reporting;
  •  monitoring the implementation of the Programme of Work and providing advice on corrective actions;
  • assisting the Director with the preparation and monitoring of decisions emanating from higher management meetings;
  • developing procedures for Quality Management in the Division;
  • performing other tasks for the Director as required.
Eligibility criteria:
To be eligible, an applicant must have:
  •  a level of education that corresponds to completed university studies attested by a diploma, when the normal period of university education is four years or more,
or;
  •  a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies attested by a diploma followed by at least one year full-time professional experience, when the normal period of university education is at least three years,
Only education qualifications that have been awarded in EU Member States or that are subject to the equivalence certificates issued by the authorities in the said EU Member States shall be taken into consideration.
