Senior Technology Administrative Assistant (STAA)


The Senior Technology Administrative Assistant (STAA) is responsible for purchasing hardware, software and technical services. The TAA is also responsible for financial reconciliations and handling Technology event logistics.
Responsibilities
  • Purchase of hardware, software, and services for NDI
  • Register hardware on NDI’s inventories (Master and DC on GDrive,and; Database)
  • Notify users with equipment registered to them (Check in, Upgrade, Check Out)
  • Keep Track of Software Licenses
  • Keep Up to Date expenses on Budget for project codes 91135 and 91136
  • Reconcile STAA’s credit card
  • Submit Check Requests for Vendors, Consultants, and Contractors. Review payment terms and approved task orders before submitting payment requests
  • Maintain contracts, invoices and check requests related documentation in Google Drive
  • Reconcile CTO’s credit card and cash expenses reconciliation
  • Assist in coordinating travel and travel related expense reconciliations

Experience Required
Associates Degree desired, Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
• Ability to follow processes established by the Technology Team
• Knowledge of basic accounting and record keeping
• Knowledge of Google Docs
• Ability to use Excel, Word and other basic office tools
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and partners
• Ability to learn Google Docs, software development, and system administration practices
• Writing and oral communication skills
