Function of department:
The Operations Directorate of Crown Agents is recognised internationally as a foremost supplier of high quality procurement and consultancy services. It delivers procurement, health supply chain, logistics and consultancy services internationally. The Contracts Department provides contractual services to all of the OD Departments

Main job purpose:
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, to have an in depth knowledge of and keep abreast of changes to the Crown Agent's Global Ethical and Compliance System, as more fully described in the Terms of Reference of Crown Agents Ethical and Compliance Function attached.

To monitor and approve Due Diligence on Suppliers used by Supply Chain Services (SCS) staff within OD and procurement staff within International Offices (IOs) and to provide advice and guidance on SCS Compliance procedures.
This dedicated Compliance role for SCS and the IOs will provide a standardised approach for compliance in adherence with the Group's Ethical and Compliance System.
