To support the Sales department at Global Knowledge Belgium, we are looking for a full time Inside Sales Account Manager. The Sales department consists of 5 people, who are responsible for managing and developing existing accounts and winning new accounts through telephone sales.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of marketing events and actions, in particular aimed at increasing the number of participants of training;
• Managing existing customers and increase sales;
• Pro-actively provide sales to new customers;
• Capture and use CRM tool.

Job requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Dutch and English;
• Commercial experience with telephone sales;
• Accurate, enterprising, enthusiastic, flexible and steadfast;
• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook;
• A completed high school education;
• Experience or clear affinity with IT / software;
• Experience with MS Office packages, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
