About Your Job:
In this role you will be responsible for the verification, accounting and reconciliation of sales/ collection /refunds  etc from all accredited agents selling on different platforms, using different method of payments that includes cash/card/invoice and other local payment systems like. It includes daily customer updates in Accounts receivables module in oracle finance , reconcile, sett off,  credit monitor, Credit card chargeback monitoring, etc in line with QR policies and IAPs . You will be responsible for accounting of journal vouchers, receipts, sales etc as per Internal Accounting Policies.

1. Booking bank statements in different currencies
2. Bank account reconciliation
3. Receivables reconciliation
4. Finding variances between sales reports and payments from clients 5. contact with Customer Service Department regarding sales variances
6. Comparing sales reports with raised invoices for tax purposes
7. Preparing tax documentation from sales area

About You:
To be successful in this role you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university. You will have a minimum of 2 years accounting experience in a similar capacity with a good working knowledge of operational and financial procedures.

You will be experienced in any major ERP (ideally with Oracle) with proven working experience with spreadsheets. You will be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good level of written and spoken English is required. You must be currently legally eligible to live and work in the Poland.

Preferred Candidate with following Qualifications and experience:
1. Master's degree in accounting or maths
2. Minimum 2 years experience in accounting: receivables or stocks
3. Ability to work in multicurrency environment
4. Very good knowledge of Excel
5. English speaking
