Business Development Consultant B2E: SME & SOHO - BDCSME/NK
MAIN PURPOSE
Support and develop B2E within the EBU SME & SOHO Segment in South Africa.
Grow B2E sales and revenue through the SME & SOHO Segment..
JOB OBJECTIVES
Maximise the use and exposure of the Vodacom Brand, Products and Services through marketing and promotions.
Provide in-depth reporting and ROI analysis on initiatives within the segment
Study competitive action within the segment
Provide strategic direction and guidance for the segment with respect to trends, products, services related to BOYD, B2E, etc.
Plan and coordinate B2E sales and solution support initiatives as well as activities to the company’s SME & SOHO segments while working closely with other departments to achieve growth and company goals for EL.
 Develop sales propositions for the segment that are relevant to B2E
Analyse the revenue performance within segment
Map the sales, fulfilment and support process for the segment
Allocate B2E targets and ensure that the segment achieve them
Assist the segment in creating pipelines, account plans and revenue forecasting
Manage the SME & SOHO Segment stakeholders by monitoring their performance on continuous bases and ensure that targets are reached
Assist segment stakeholders with proposals and tenders based on business needs.
Act as a single point of contact for the SME & SOHO Segment to drive collaboration across all functions within Vodacom in order to secure EL strategy objectives and acquire customer base

3 year relevant degree or diploma (essential) – in the absence of 8 years’ but more than 5 years’ work experience as defined below

3 year relevant degree or diploma (desirable)
 
5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in the areas of Account Management or Partner Account Management


OR
8 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in the areas of Account Management or Partner Account management – in the absence of a 3 year qualification as explained above
 
OTHER
