Job description/Mission
We are looking for Customer Support Officer for CTS, South Zone who will be responsible for:- Processing & handling of Customer orders/Transfer orders.- Handling correspondence with Customers.- Interface with Customer - Coordination with ISC and ASC for timely supplies - Attending to the requirements of Internal & External Customers.- Handling Cash, Bank receipts & payments (Employees, Customers and various service providers)- Accounting Branch transactions (including payments from customers) in BPCS & generating reports thereof.- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.- Statutory Compliance.- Awareness of requirements of H.O. & Auditors (Statutory & Tax) - Administration / Office Maintenance.
Experience requirements
5 years working experience.- Experience in commercial terms of Sales Tax, Excise Duty, Export and Octroi.- Experience in dealing with internal and external customers via telecommunications.
Knowledge/Educational requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office and BPCS- Graduate in Commerce
Personality requirements
- Ability to work as team player.- Excellent communication skills
