Oil-free Air, Project Sales Manager
Job description
You will be responsible for providing local support to the sales team and customers, including:‐Providing a total solution for the salesman, dealer and End-user.‐Evaluating customer’s request for quotation and project specifications.‐Preparation of the technical proposal working together with PC product team and AIF salesman‐Validating our product offering to meet the customer requirement and other business targets‐Bidding Documents/Proposal & Contract reviews‐Executing projects according to the company process and reaching the deal as final target.‐Coordinating teams assigned to the projects and acting as the main point of contact.‐Work in close cooperation with sales, service and PC Product teams‐Handling change requests during project implementation‐Ensuring the customer requirements are met and that Final Acceptance is achieved‐Providing technical training to facilitate and improve overall sales competences.
Mission
‐Your mission is to support & coordinate the project enquiries, working closely together with the sales team and preparing competitive application solutions. You will be part of the sales process and also project implementation, responsible for ensuring the best technical solutions are provided that fulfill AIF targets regarding, customer satisfaction, quality, on-time delivery etc..
Experience requirements
‐Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to multi-brand cultures‐Experience in understanding and defining customer needs.‐Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering related field‐Minimum 2 years of project management experience‐PMP certification is a plus
Knowledge
‐Knowledge of Screw & Turbo compressor is a plus‐Understanding of competition and product positioning‐Understanding of mechanical/electrical/software design‐MS office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Lotus Notes
Educational requirements
‐B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Personality requirements
‐High level of drive and an open-minded personality‐High level of Communication skill to create win-win situations with all stakeholders‐Customer oriented attitude‐Business and result driven attitude‐Good skills of planning & organizing‐Sense of urgency and hands on approach.‐Willing to travel.
