What you'll do
Rio Tinto has a requirement to fill Manager - Construction, Principal Engineer - Projects, Senior Engineer - Projects and Engineer - Projects positions within the U.S.
- Manage multiple small and large capital projects.
- Provide project leadership and interface with project sponsors at various plants.
- Review designs, for the projects, with regards to constructability alongside the General Manager.
- Contribute to the alignment, of the construction for the project, by liaising with the General Manager to ensure the project has a construction execution plan which is aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate, mentor as well as coach others on the project team and the business unit to define and execute the project.
- Ensure projects are managed with high attention to safety and in accordance with health, safety as well as environmental standards.
US regional locations include: Utah, California, Arizona, Michigan, Colorado, and Kentucky.
International locations area also available.
