AECR - Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists

The Project Manager will answer to the Executive Director of the Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists and be responsible for the management of all projects and events undertaken directly by the AECR.

Tasks will include overseeing all common projects and guaranteeing their compliance with the European Parliament's rules governing European political parties.

The Project Manager will play an important role in the preparation of the AECR’s regular formal meetings such as Board meetings, Council meetings and Conferences.

The Project Manager will also work to expand the AECR by managing the visits of political party delegations to both seats of the European Parliament, in Brussels and Strasbourg, and by managing the visit of AECR members to countries where existing or potential partners exist.

The Project Manager will take an active role in the promotion of the AECR, through the holding of high-profile AECR events such as seminars and conferences, and also identify and manage the participation of the AECR at events held by other organisations at the national, European or international level.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in the events management/communications sectors and have an excellent level of English. A good knowledge of other major European languages is desirable though not essential.

Interview/Start Dates: Interviews will be carried out in Brussels on the 3rd April.
