After Sales Area Manager – South East Asia
ORGANISATION:
This role reports directly to the APAC After Sales Director, based in Thailand, and will be the central point of contact for Ducati’s distributors located across Southeast Asia in supporting all products after-sales technical and service matters.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
AN OBSESSION FOR QUALITY AND THE PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE
Receiving technical information from Ducati and distribute it to Ducati distributors.
Receiving Safety/Functional Recall and Service Campaign information from Ducati and manage Ducati distributors to implement.
Receiving warranty claim request from Ducati distributors and verifying it to approve.
Receiving technical assistance request from Ducati distributors and assist them to resolve.
Attending technical training by Ducati to master the new model information and the technical update.
Conducting technical training for Ducati distributors.
Visiting Ducati distributors for technical support (included training), warranty claim audit, Recall and Campaign management.
YOUR PROFILE:
A GREAT PASSION FOR MOTORBIKES
Bachelor‘s Degree in any discipline, Automotive or technical education is an added advantage
At least 8 years experience in training and / or after-sales of technical products
Experience working in motorcycle/ car business, preferably in a premium priced segment
Skilled in motorcycle/cars maintenance and repair
Excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build and maintain an internal network and cross-cultural sensitivity
Good analytical ability, hands-on, perseverant and a problem-solving attitude
Fluent in English and preferably another local Asian or Italian language
At least 8 years experience in training and / or after-sales of technical products
