UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a TA for Child Protection in Emergency Specialist P-3, Ankara, TURKEY.

Purpose:
Please see Terms of Reference
1. Education Advanced university degree, preferably in social work, law, social sciences, child psychology, or another relevant field. A combination of relevant academic background (i.e. a first level university degree or advanced technician's certificate/diploma, e.g. BTSA) and relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
2. Work Experience
Five of professional work experience at national and international levels in child protection, including minimum three years of filed work in emergency setting. Familiarity with UN system.
3. Language Proficiency
Spoken and written fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic and/or Turkish is an asset.
