Purpose:
UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a consultancy for the Development of an M & E Framework to measure UNCT performance in mainstreaming human rights in UN operational activities at country level.

Qualifications:
• Advanced university degree in statistics, social sciences, economics, development studies and/or other science related to areas relevant for the assignment.
• 10 or more years of professional experience in M&E and human rights mainstreaming.
• Previous experience working with the UN System and preferably directly with UNCTs.
• Previous working experience in UNDAF design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation.
• Demonstrated experience with developing community- and national-level indicators on social outcomes.
• Experience in quantitative and statistical analysis as well as qualitative research methods and the development of indicators and measurement tools.
• Solid knowledge of international human rights standards and UN human rights mechanisms.
• Excellent writing skills in the English language.
