SAP SD/LE Business Analyst - Global SAP Projecs

Our Client – Is an international market-leading mining company undertaking global SAP implementations and configuration projects. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and offers domestic relocation.
Job Description - We are helping our client find a SAP SD/LE Business Analyst who will assist on a number of SAP Sales & Distribution and SAP Logistics Execution projects across North America and Europe. You will be responsible for the configuration, re-implementation and support of the SAP SD and SAP LE modules and will be expected to support all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions, as well as documentation, and end-user training.
Other responsibilities include:
  • Gather, define, & document business needs if the SD/LE modules to most efficiently meet these requirements
  • Ensure Logistic Execution functionality for inter & intra company Stock Transfer Orders and Workflow for all modules
  • Define user roles and develop detailed functional specifications for all customizations: forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, & enhancements
  • Create and execute unit, string, and integration testing plans
  • Record configuration settings and end user training document using approved documentation capture software
  • Documenting business requirements and configuration settings
  • Deliver end-user training
  • Facilitating the change management process and end-user adoption of the SD/LE modules meaning: developing formal business cases, performing cost-benefit analysis and communicating features and benefits in non-technical terms
  • Maintaining and supporting SAP SD/LE functionality being implemented. Analyze and correct problems as they occur in production

Candidate Requirements -
 For this role you should be degree educated with at least 3 years SAP SD and SAP LE configuration experience including a minimum of 2 full life cycles. You must be able to demonstrate solid configuration skills and have good experience in of integrating with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, PM, CO, and FI.
Additionally you should have experience with configuration and use of master data, sales order processing (quotes, sales orders, billing), shipment and shipment cost documents, pricing, and stock transfer orders. You should also have good knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, transport protocols, object dependencies and tables, and security authorization.
Due to the nature of the global projects you must also be prepared to travel +/-25% of the time internationally and have strong written and spoken communication skills.
