Job Summary

​Skilled leader and Project Manager to lead a talented team

Key Responsibilities

​Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
  •  Leading the Project Management team to ensure that it achieves its growth objectives, client satisfaction goals, staff development targets, a high quality of service and profitability
  •  Working with the Business Unit Manager and other Section Leaders to promote and encourage a collaborative and a multidisciplinary team environment.
  •  Project Management of large civil and urban development projects, including due diligence analysis, multi-disciplinary design management, statutory approvals management; client-side tender, contract and construction management and contract superintendence.
  •  Financial management of projects.  Ensuring company and client commitments and expectations are managed to the given budget.

Other Requirements

​The successful candidate will need:
  •  To be highly motivated, flexible and pragmatic
  •  An engineering, planning, surveying or associated tertiary qualification
  •  10 Years’ experience in civil engineering design, land development or project management
  •  Excellent financial skills
  •  A sound knowledge of NSW planning system, regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance requirements
  •  A proven client service focus
  •  Excellent negotiation skills
  •  Excellent problem solving abilities
  •  Great people skills and a proven ability to manage teams
  •  A demonstrated ability to show leadership and to mentor others
  •  An ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
