Analyst – Research and Development Partnerships

Reporting to the Director Precincts and Innovation Systems as the Analyst – Research and Development Partnerships you will support the development, engagement, and management of CSIRO’s key research sector partnerships.

Specifically you will:

  • Work with key science and business leaders to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving our relationships with our key innovation partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CSIRO business and science leaders and external organisations.
  • Engage stakeholders to access, collect and analyse relevant information to monitor the progress of CSIRO in the innovation system.
  • Provide detailed information, briefings and reports to the Director Precincts and Innovation Systems on partnering and engagement strategies.

Location: Canberra, or Melbourne or Sydney
Salary: $73K - $93K + up to 15.4% superannuation

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in developing and implementing partnering strategies and the ability to negotiate and influence desired outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise data from a wide variety of sources combined with a keen interest in innovation.
  • Good judgement and discretion, as well the ability to manage and resolve complex tasks or issues.
