Consultant to develop a handbook on Birth Registration programming

UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a consultant to develop a handbook for Birth Registration programming in UNICEF.

Qualification:

• Fifteen years of experience in the social sector, particularly child protection, including 8 years of experience with birth/civil registration.
• Extensive experience from work in an international environment
• Familiarity with social change process, in particular with behaviour and social change communication
• Excellent English writing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Post graduate social science degree
• Experience in developing handbooks
