Consultant to prepare an Education in Emergencies competencies mapping of UNICEF Education staff.

UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a consultant to prepare and implement a competencies mapping project of UNICEF Education staff.

Qualification:

• The consultant should have an advanced degree in education and/or social sciences /development or equivalent and 7-10 years relevant work experience
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and skills
• Extensive experience both in capacity building and research in this technical area.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent analytical skills
• Very good ability to work with databases and data management
