Customer Service Representative (信用卡后台业务担当)

We are seeking Junior Operator in BPO industry. You are responsible for maintaining the information of credit card members and producing the reports according to the requests. And you can communicate with Japanese by email.

  • English: Basic knowledge
  • Japanese: Fluent

Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Business level Japanese reading, written skills
Basic level English reading and writing skills
Experience in practical computer skills
Good communication, problem-solving and learning skills
Ability to handle multiple processes and meet service level
1 year BPO experiences in back office processes is preferrable
