The Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs, which employs about 230 staff, contributes to the OECD’s mission in assisting member countries and other key economies, including emerging economies, to build open and efficient markets and market institutions, combat market abuse and to promote international co-operation. DAF's policy focus is on international investment; corporate governance; competition; anti-corruption and private sector development. DAF also treats financial market policy and insurance and pensions.
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful individual who will be a key member of the Senior Management Team of the Organisation. S/he will support the strategic orientations of the Secretary-General in the DAF’s areas of work and foster co-operation with other areas of the Organisation. S/he will coach other managers as they develop and deliver a complex programme of work and budget.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of the Directorate’s main policy areas through work at senior level in a national administration or international organisation. S/he will have strong leadership, excellent political skills and innovative strategic thinking.
