Dewatering Technician United States-Nevada
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include: The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of mine dewatering and water treatment plant systems for both surface and underground areas. Responsible for sump cleaning and operation of support equipment including forklifts, loaders, etc. Other duties as assigned.
SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
• Minimum of three (5) years experience in dewatering or fixed maintenance preferred
• Previous experience working in an underground mining environment preferred
• Proven strong safety and work attendance record required
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a vareity of individuals and departments required
• Ability to perform the essential functions of this position required
