Graduate Town Planner Cardno

We are seeking a Graduate Planner to join our Planning team in Perth on a part-time basis initially. This is a fantastic opportunity for a final year student to gain practical professional experience whilst completing study.

The role:

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the preparation of planning reports, studies and designs
• Assisting with lodging applications, proposals and submissions
• Working with internal and external specialists
• Undertaking work related training and demonstrate a willingness to pursue self development
• Participating in marketing and promotional activities as required

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role is someone:

• Working towards tertiary qualifications in Urban & Regional Planning or equivalent
• Able to gain knowledge of planning and development projects in Western Australia
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Exceptional report writing skills
• Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude

You will be keen to develop your technical skills to contribute to a vibrant and dynamic team.
