We invite highly motivated and dynamic professionals with relevant experience to join our Restructuring practice.

KPMG Restructuring professionals provide an opportunity for underperforming businesses to stablise and implement a process of strategic, operational and financial changes. The aim is to turn around the performance of a business and to help generate outstanding and lasting value for shareholders and our clients’ stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be working in a team to address restructuring or insolvency issues for our clients. The roles and responsibilities will correspond with the seniority of the position applied for.
In delivering values to our clients and/or their stakeholders, we often work hand in hand with the clients’ management team. As such, strong project management skills are essential as you may be required to take control, manage, protect and/or increase the values of assets. The successful candidate should therefore be an out-of-the-box thinker with a mind for innovative restructuring solutions.
As time is of the essence in most of our engagements, candidates are also expected to be able to swiftly assess the associated risks and exposures, perform financial position assessment, short and long term cash flow forecasts. A good understanding of the insolvency law and regulations is also expected.
The ideal candidate should:
  • possess a good Accountancy Degree or a Business Degree.
  • have at least three years of relevant experience (for Senior Associate and above) in (Court / Creditors) Liquidation work, Operation / Financial Restructuring and acting as a Special / Independent Advisors.
  • be able to work independently and in teams with strong interpersonal skills.
  • possess a strong understanding of business drivers and their fundamentals.
  • be resourceful, versatile, analytical and possess strong project management skills.
  • be articulate, both in speaking and writing.
