Security and Logistics Support Officer War Child Camden

Position: Fixed term Contract of 6 months with possible extension based on funding
•Working Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

This role is crucial to the review and development of War Child’s security management. Our security management is the framework through which access to the children we exist to serve is achieved. This is particularly important as we manage our way through a period of sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities
oSupporting Programmes Director implementing security policies and plans to Field Teams
oProviding up to date security briefs oSecurity Focal Point in the UK office
oEnsuring our Logistical guidelines are in-line with donor requirements oEnsure communications equipment and use is standardised through the WCUK programmes

Responsible To - Programmes Director

Working with: The Chief Executive Officer and Programmes Director, Country Directors, UK based progammes staff, Other War Child colleagues, War Child International offices (when appropriate)External organisations and contractors
