Circa salary £24,000 plus benefits
St George’s Park (SGP) will be The FA Group’s headquarters for the FA Football Development team and home of FA Learning, training home of the 24 England representative teams. Situated 4 miles away from Burton –upon-Trent, SGP is due for completion in late Summer 2012. The vision for SGP is:

  • To offer all its facilities and services beyond sport and facilitate cross-learning between the sporting and business sectors.
Job Purpose
As an essential member of the FA Learning Qualifications team the purpose of the Senior Learning Co-ordinator role is to:
· Line manage Learning Co-ordinator Team to ensure delivery of high quality administration
· Implement improvements to how course administration is run within FA Learning
· To assist Head of FA Learning and Qualifications Manager with annual budgeting and monitoring of costs throughout the year
· To ensure all financial processes and policies are followed by team and all money is collected
· In conjunction with Bookings Manager, plan and implement calendars, including marketing, SGP bookings and all logistics
· Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
· To promote the courses to the football workforce as an essential part of the FA Learning business plan
