Underground Electrical Maintenance General Supervisor
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include: The successful candidate will be accountable and responsible for the execution and supervision of all electrical maintenance activities within the division. The successful candidate will provide leadership, direction, and coordination to achieve effective maintenance and equipment management. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for implementation and compliance with the Barrick Maintenance Management System.
SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
•10 years practical experience in maintenance industry, preferably in mining environment
• Demonstrated safetey leadership for both self and team required.
• Underground maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment required.
• Five (5) years frontline supervisory experience, mining preferred.
