Consultant – Regulatory/Marketing Advice - Functional Foods and Food Supplements EAS

EAS is the global leader in providing regulatory advice on food and nutritional products for companies, governments and trade associations in the changing international marketplace. We currently have a vacancy in our EAS Europe office for someone with the background and approach required by our growing regulatory/marketing team. Working with international food and health companies, this team is focused on providing regulatory and strategic advice for the marketing of food supplements, functional foods and innovative ingredients.

Skill and knowledge requirements:

• Scientific/technical background (biology, nutritional sciences, biochemistry or related qualification) and/or relevant company expertise on food regulation.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) and a good working ability in at least one other language.
• Clear analytical mind, and ability to manage projects within strict deadlines.
• High level of organisation and ‘love of detail’.
• Excellent communication skills and flexible team worker.
• Willing to travel in Europe and potentially internationally.
