Description:

Duties & Responsibilities
•Ensuring that incoming and outgoing mail are properly handled by the registry
•Designing and overseeing implementation of visitors handling procedures at Managing Director’s Office.
•Ensuring that the Centre’s telephone exchange operates effectively
•Implementing the staff regulations and administrative procedures of the Centre.
•Handling letters and other documents of Managing Director
•Ensuring proper office keeping at Managing Director’s Office
•Typing and word-processing various documents and electronic information at Managing Director’s Office
•Communicating and providing information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups
•Interpreting instructions and issues arising, and then implementing actions according to administrative policies and procedures
•Receiving and answering fax/telephone calls/intercoms at Managing Director’s Office using a professional and courteous manner and directing them to the appropriate places.

Requirements:

Qualifications
•Holder of a Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, Management Education, or its equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
•Must be holder of Diploma in Secretarial Services from a recognized Institution.
•At least three (3) years working experience
•Must be computer literate
