The role
Reporting to the Team Leader – Administration, you will be responsible for project tracking, as well as the preparation of proposals, tenders and professional Coffey documents.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the custodian of our Global Sales Pipeline database – maintaining accurate project tracking and status updates
  • Data entry – database, spreadsheets and reports
  • Project set up both electronically and hard copy
  • Preparation and formatting of tenders, proposals and professional documents
  • Photocopying, binding, scanning and copying CD’s
  • Creating secure PDF’s
  • Liaise with Project Managers to schedule reports
  • Assist in the administration of Coffey Environments Business Development plans
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required by the team
The person
You will have experience providing quality customer service and administrative support within a professional office environment. Previous experience maintaining a sales or project database, while providing high volume, deadline driven administrative support for the preparation of tenders, proposals and professional documents within a specialised engineering, construction or related services environment will be highly regarded.
 
Your exceptional attention to detail and broad range of skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Projects, combined with the above, will ensure your success in this role.
