Job Summary

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Unit Administrator to join the Cardno HRP team based in Mackay. Reporting to both the Office Manager in Mackay and Senior Business Unit Administrator in Brisbane you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative services that support the operations of the Cardno HRP Mackay Business Unit.

Reporting to both the Office Manager in Mackay and Senior Business Unit Administrator in Brisbane you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative services that support the operations of the Cardno HRP Mackay Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Specifically your duties will include:
- One on one administrative support to the Office Manager while also supporting the wider office in administration services
- Diary management
- Assisting with the preparation of submissions, reports and contract documentation
- Coordinating travel arrangements for Mackay staff
- Coordinating meetings and events including client liaison and minute taking
- Photocopying, binding and distributing of correspondence
- Establishing and maintaining effective administrative support procedures
- Facilitate staff inductions for new starters
- Processing of invoices including preparation of monthly fees summary and WIP schedule
- Ad hoc administrative and financial duties
Other Requirements
To be successful for this role you will possess:
- A demonstrated background of providing administrative support in an Office Management capacity
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
- Finance experience in accounts processing including reconciliation
- Well developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your time
- An ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Confidence to take control and ensure the office is being managed efficiently
