Driller Helper (Mining Operations)

Can you work on high structures and do you enjoy physically hard work outside? This is the job for you: Assisting during the drilling process at production drills, while handling heavy equipment and tools. Safety checks during production, pre-shift inspection of equipment and cleaning of the working area and equipment will also be your responsibilities.
You must have passed the Dover test, while a Grade 12/N3 certificate, 1 or more years' experience in mining equipment/drilling and a valid driver's licence will be recommended.
Additional Information:
- This vacancy is a 6-month fixed term contract.
- You must be certified medically fit and will be appointed subject to being assessed after training and declared competent by the Functional Mining Training Department, and you must have passed the Dover test.
