Afghan Khalid Consultancy Company is Nan government Nan political organization Mission of Afghan Khalid Consultancy is : To capacitate afghan professionals through long and short term inside and outside trainings, conducting, evaluation, researches and surveys in Afghanistan including in insecure areas by designing and conducting surveys and midterm and final evaluation of projects , development of proposals for health, nutrition and development projects by qualified national and international consultants

Job Summary

Conduct, plan management trainings inside and out side of country and participation in other management activities of organization

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct and plan management trainings (proposal writing, report writing, M&E, leader ship and HRM)
Update and develop management trainings curriculum
Take participation in monitoring and evaluation activities 
Work with team of proposal writing for different projects 
Take participation in professional translation 

Qualification

BBA or Master Degree at relevant field 
4 years experience of conducting management training (proposal writing, report writing, monitoring and evaluation and project cycle management)
Fluent in English, Dari, Pashtu 
Ability of development proposals with team 
Ability of translation from English to Dari or Pashtu and vice versa 
Ability to conduct trainings outside of country
