Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Collection of Data and Information about the curative activities according to Available formats and guidelines.
2. To make sure the availability and follow up of transportation of medicine and all expendable(Consumable) materials as well as establishment of coordination with administration department.
3. Coordination in designing and implementation of all In service training for technical personnel as well as active participation in implementation of all these programs in limitation of hospitals .
4. Supervision of all technical staff
5. Provision of recommendation s for improvement of curative care to the leaderhip of MoPH
6. Regular contact with Director curative care in MoPH and receive recommendation from him
7. Preparation of regular report and feed back to director hospital, PHD and personnel of related staff.
8. Preparation of duty rosters to doctors of all wards in consultation with chief of
9. Participation in workshops and all technical meetings conducted by General Directorate of Curative care and Diagnostic facilities. 
10. Regular participation in morning report.

Qualification

• Graduation from recognized medical institute
• Having specialization certificate in any branch of Curative or preventive health field
• At least 5 years full time working experience in hopital
• Excellent Communication skill
• Strong communication in local and English language skills
• Having computer skill (MS words ,Excel)
