DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL AUDIT AND EVALUATION
The Internal Audit and Evaluation Unit provides an independent and objective assurance and advisory activity, designed to add value and improve the Organisation’s operation. The Director of Internal Audit and Evaluation reports directly to the Secretary-General assisting him in helping the Organisation to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.  He/She is also responsible for  the In-Depth Evaluation function, focusing on the relevance and effectiveness of  substantive work undertaken in the Organisation.
 We are looking for a highly experienced individual for this important function.  As Director of Internal Audit, he/she will maintain personal independence and objectivity, leading a small multicultural team providing professional audit and evaluation services on financial, operational and substantive areas.
 As a senior member of the Secretary-General ‘s management team, he/she will collaborate with corporate management reforms and initiatives and collectively support the overall efficiency and integrity of the Organisation.
 This position requires fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and a good working knowledge of the other.
