Relationship Manager - Payroll Solutions Standard Chartered Bank - Singapore


To source and seek opportunities to maximize new business in the field of payroll account acquistions through corporate tie ups, while providing quality in service delivery in an efficient operation where risks are well controlled. To speak to and effectively communicate with key stakeholders in a company to be able to engage all employees for salary accounts. To meet and handle employees of the organization effectively and efficiently for account opening with SCB. Also ensure that robust sales process, stringent service standards in compliance with local regulatory requirements are met by the team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business acquisitions, through typical activities like:-
- Generation of new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls, presentations/seminars.
- Achieve sales targets as set for the team and self.
- Referral of prospective business to other SCB functional units.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Diploma holder
Institutional sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Possess good network of potential alliances and the ability to spot an opportunity where most would not
